Our kitchen lives on in Sopot, in our beachfront restaurant with a view of the Baltic Sea. Our head chef is Tomasz Purol, winner of Top Chef Poland, and White Marlin Sopot holds two toques in the Gault&Millau Poland 2026 guide.
