16:00 – 18:00
18:30 – 20:30

Our à la carte restaurant is open from 12:00 throughout the day.

Mushroom tartlet with truffle and parsley sour cream

Starter (choice of)

White sea fish mousse with lemon jelly, shrimp, celery, cayenne mayonnaise and dill oil

Classic beef tartare with shallot, pickles, creamy egg yolk, lovage mayonnaise and rye bread crisps

Main course (choice of)

Beef cheek in bitter chocolate and pink pepper sauce, wild broccoli, celery
and buttery mashed potatoes with chorizo

Mowi Supreme salmon with herb crumble, roasted celeriac purée, mint peas, cherry tomatoes
